CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ON A FULL SCALE HYDRO THE REAR HORIZONTAL WING IS FUNCTIONAL LIKE AN ELEVATOR ON AN AIRPLANE? AND IF SO HOW DOES THE DRIVER CONTROL IT? THANKS

In a nutshell, NO, it's not functional in that way. It is adjustable on the beach to adjust the boat to different water and wind conditions, but once underway the wing is just along for the ride. The front canard, on the other hand, is driver activated.
