Default Fibreglassing my blade runner

hey guys after decding that i need a nitro in engine in my previously electric Kyosho Blade Runner i have a few quick questions. I have decided to lightly fibreglass the outside of the ABS plastic shell. Can i fibreglass directly onto the outside of the shell??? and what method should i use eg fibreglass cloth??, resins?? thickness etc. I reckon that the nitro engine will need a more stable hull which is why i have decided to fibreglass it but im relly stuck as to how. Any help would be great.

Cheers
