If anyone is contemplating dealing with Prestwich Models in England........DON"T. is the advice I give you.

If anyone is interested, I will give you the reason.

I have dealt with Prestwich in the past and will do so again. One major problem of a package lost in the mail was quickly resolved with a new package, can't ask better than that!

I ordered parts for a small boat that I was making for my Grandson. That was on January 1st. Now it is
March 3rd. still no parts. I paid nearly $200 that he grabbed from my credit card, and then sent me confirmation of the order and a tracking No.

Still no parts, so I sent him an email, no parts, and no reply. So, off goes another email, and another email, and another email, 4 altogeather and no reply. Ok, I will phone him, yep, you fellas got it right, NO &*^*&%&%*&&, REPLY>

Tonight I will try once more to phone, then I will tell everybody I can find about the lack of service from PRESTWICH MODELS in England.

You guys have been warned.

If he has sent emails then he shouldn't have to wait till any given time. Posts like this carry weight as far as the consumer is concerned. People who have had good service will shop again, but people who have not used their service will see this post and think about another distrbutor for their needs. Some hobby shops are good and some are very poor, most have a long way to go in their customer support mission.

Is the owner Dave Marles? If so, I'll contact him myself and invite him over to answer your questions or solve your problem. Prestwich has been around for a long time and yours is the first complaint that I've heard about them.
You have a tracking number. Have you checked that to see where your shipment is?

Kiwi boy with the hidden name. Better you give me the confirmation code and I'll refund your money immediately. I sent you an email yesterday asking for your order details so that I could send replacement parts but after reading your posting here I think its better if you buy from someone else. Sorry, but I'm not perfect and surprise surprise, I'm not always around to answer the phone.
