Mekong

I found an old RC boat in my grandma's house, my uncle bought it before he passed away and he started putting on the fiberglass to attach the hull to the deck but never finished. I want to fix this boat up and possibly put some electric motors in it. This is my first boat ever.

Its a 1969 "sizzler" made by Sting MFG. It was made for a nitro engine. Has anyone ever heard of this?

In the box was a newletter from "Model Boating world USA" from 1969.
