Im intrested in getting into rc boats i race rc buggies right now, so i know what im doing. If this boat upgradeable to competitive race. I aslo what to know if the 6 cell GP3300 batteries i use in my buggy work with this boat?

Hi Racer,
Guyver is right, the GP3300 will work fine in the Twin Storm, just make sure you charge them as they will be discharged, meaning charge them coupled in series, so the packs and the cells are equally charged.
Charging the packs one after the other results in one being cold, and the latest one warm, not good for the batteries health at all...
The Twinstorm hull is pretty much at maximum performance, powered the way it is.
The hulldesign isnt very good and more speed will cause it to porpoise progressively untill it becomes undrivable.
If you want a fast(er) electric, get a epoxy-hull with a 700 motor on 12-14 cells.
