Check out Newton Marine (www.newtonmarine.com). Their plans are cheap (5-15$), and when it comes to hydros, they have scale plans for (it seems) nearly every fullsize hydro racer ever made (going back to the 50's)! Its fun just to browse through the pictures and see all the approaches various boat racers have tried over the years.
