Most boat prop pitch numbers are given as a ratio. For instance if a prop is 70mm X 1.4 just multiply them to come up with the pitch in MM, then divide by 25.4.
Example
Propshop 7016 prop is 70mm diameter and the pitch ratio is 1.6
70X1.6 = 112mm
112/25.4 = 4.41" of pitch
