you can go to www.towerhobbies.com and search for cooling under the boats menu. they have things like coils that fit around the engine, and the tubing, water pickup and outlets sold as a kit.

Air cooled as in airplane, or air cooled as in car? Depending on what you're doing, an air cooled car engine can be used without water cooling. If you're going to be putting it in a boat that's fairly quick and will allow good air flow over the engine head, water cooling shouldn't be needed. If you're planning on putting around, or want to close the engine in, water cooling becomes more important.
