Default electric outboards

I'm looking for an electric outboard motor. So far the only luck I'm having is a Graupner, and the Aquacraft fishing boat outboard. Does anyone else make one? If not what are the pros and cons of each of the above listed? I keep reading bad things about the flex shafts in some of these motors.Does the Graupner suffer from the same problems?

Thank You in advance for any help you can lend. Josh

Is this going to be for a go-fast or scale boat.

Robbe used to make a nice one. Sometimes they can be found on Ebay.

Thanks a lot green-boat, I appreciate your reply. I'll keep my eyes open for one.

Again thank you, Josh

Also to answer your question it will be for a "fast" boat....I hope!

Thanks, Josh

Fuller's Fast Electrics is now selling Jim Irwin's composite lower unit, made to fit K&B type of powerheads or electric conversion kits. The price reflects that this is for the FE boater that really wants to use both of those initials.

If you want one of those compsite lowers, go to the gent who is making them: Richard Konnen. He can be reached at his email: [email protected] . He has an adapter for the 700 series motors, possible he has one for brushless motors.
