Default Electric Boat Motors

Hi All,
I am looking at purchasing a brushless electric hobby motor on e-bay item: (270024159911) it is 74mm L x 36mm W it is rated at 1000kv and max amp of 75 but they don't know the voltage required. Can anybody asertain the voltage from the description? Or is it important? Also I am looking for sources to buy brushless motors specifically the AVOX. There is a boat for sale in Dallas with an AVOX 3830 motor on it, it is huge! But no spec's can anybody help with that as well?
Thank you very much!
