Yes, I know this is probably a very stupid question, but here we go..... I want to paint over some repairs I made to my fiberglass hull. What kind of paint should I use? enamel? or what? sorry just want to make sure before I screw this boat up anymore....

Epoxy isn't all that picky about what kind of paint covers it. What did you use on the rest of the boat? 'Course, trying a small dab on the epoxy before doing the whole thing isn't a bad idea. All different kinds of epoxy, some may be 'pickier' than others. Stay away from water colors, they don't work too well.

If the boat is not painted, you may want to contact the manufacturer and get a 1/2 pint of matching gel-coat.
