Hi there What thread are the normal small grub screws?? because im looking into making my own motor>shaft connectors and how could i make a prop shaft if i have the inside what could i make 4 the outside bit of the shaft?

some are metric, some are U.S. standard. U.S. Standard can be 4-40 or 6-32. Not sure the sizes in metric.

for metric sizes, its not unusual for shafts to be 4mm diameter

You can vary the shaft size, tube size, and even substitute some real bearins or oilite bushings if they are available.
