RE: what is it
The design looks familiar in a way with the exception of the cut-outs for the front "wings". I know that I've seen saomething like it otherwise as I'm thinking that it may be an old Octura Tom's Cat.
Just a guess but I'd place that hull as being a good 25-30 years old.

If we knew what the hull was then it would be easier to find parts for it but not a lot easier as it is pretty vintage.
You didn't say what parts that you needed. I'm taking a wild guess here and am thinking that that's all that you have. Things like radio gear, a fuel tank and some other parts are easily available

That's kind of what I though as I didn't see one in the pictures above. Not knowing for sure what the hull is makes it harder to find one.
Seeing how you have pretty much everything else, I'd set the hull aside and get another one that is more up-to-date. The Aquacraft Top Speed 2 is a great buy for just under $100.00.

I've never seen one like that.. It's not a Toms Cat (my first tunnel).. For a cowl, get creative and make one yourself. Build the frame from and outline of the rear of the cockpit. Then increase as needed. Cover with 1/32 ply.. This is the process as used on a Dumas Hot Shot IV...

I went out and bought the TS2 and have begun constuction. I noticed that with a little adjusting the TS2 cowl could fit on the other boat.

As far as the Bud Light tunnel goes, there are only 3 companies that I know of that were officially licensed to use any Budweiser logos, MRP, DPI and Pro Boat. That hull is none of the above.
The problem is that for a while, it was like everybody and their brother had an OB tunnel boat out. I first got into boats at about the time that OB tunnels first came out so I've seen a lot of them come and go
