building a 3.5cc tunnel hull.
Hi I am building a 3.5cc nitro tunnel hull i have decided on the aquacraft top speed 2 hull. I am also going to equip it with a futaba 2ph radio (nothing crazy just for fun at the local lake.) The engine i am looking at for my boat is the thunder tiger pro 21 m o/b i would like to know if this is a good engine or not i am on a budget of $375 so it is either this engine or possibly a used k&b also what is the expected speed of this setup i'm shooting for at least 40+ mph. this is my first tunnel hull so any other tips or suggestions would be quite helpful thank you!

I agree with ron , I would go with a k&b !! The k&b will out perform the thunder tiger in my opinion . I love my k&b's!!!!!!!!

You can also find a nice used OS on ebay for around 150-200 bucks. This would be even better than the K&B, especially in terms of longevity and reliability. Just another option.
