Take the file to a print shop that can handle that size.. I found a Speedy Printing shop near a town I live in that copied my plan prints.. Figured if they can copy it, they should be able to print it...

I used adobe reader and made marks within the plans like sqiggled lines and stuff then printed the actual view of the screen. Then I lined things up, taped and your ready to go. This method takes a while and uses a bit of paper but it's cheaper not easier mind you but cheaper. Keep in mind once print you need to respace the stingers back to a 5" spread, and you may want to cut out some of the middle of the hull, anyway that's how I shrunk it down to 60" good luck.
