I got a Zenoah 23cc water cooled engine in my Warehouse hobbies Enforcer.

Last season the top half was rebuilt due to a mechanical failure.

Have run it about 30 min total this season.

During the last run of about 10 minutes, when I pulled the boat in it was idleing roufgh and stalled. before that it was running good with smooth idle.

I started it after it cooled down, it is idling roufgh and shaking and is getting hot too fast, The water pump is working fine, boat has a wet tuned exhaust.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Sounds like your engine is running a little lean,try to richen up low speed on carb and try again.

MY first gas boat and not as fimiliar with the 2-stroke gas engines yet.
