So I have a Futaba Magnum Jr that is approximately 15 years old. It's 75 MHz and I'm wondering if it's "legal" to use? Haven't touched the thing in 10 years. Finally getting the dust off the boat and will try to get it going. Been too involved with my airplanes...
Any insight would be appreciated.

As long as it is used for ground vehicles I don't see why not-I use some old radios for my cars and boats! I know some of the old air radios on AM are not legal anymore unless they have a sticker showing compliance with new regulations.[8D]

I was just kidding about the radio, Futaba never made one that way. I always complained about the whell and how much better a stick would be..I left it at a friends once and when I got it back it had a joystick ! the funny thing is the trims on the stick and the radio work for the steering...
