I currently have a traxxas rustler vxl and I am hoping I can find a boat that can use the same battery. I have a 3cell lipo 4000 mah battery with the traxxas high voltage connector.
I would like to keep the purchase to under $200 if possible. I do not have very much experience with high speed boats so I figure something rugged is a must (my kids ages 6 and 9will likely play with it too - they both drive my rustler fairly well)
Thanks!
Chris

HI Chris,
I know that there alot of suggestions that could be made to you, so you might want to check out Tower Hobbies or Horizon Hobbies for a boat that might suit what you are looking for.
Horizon Hobbies handles Pro Boat brand and, to me, they are a good quality boat for the money.
This boat that I am suggesting may not fit your 200.00 range, but the Formula Fastech Brushless V-hull is a boat that you might look at.
Tower Hobbies offers Aquacraft boats and they are a good quality boat also.
I have the Paradise Sailboat from that manufacturer and it sails great and no motor noise because it uses wind to move.
For RTR boats. those are the ones I know about.
Good luck and read those instructions.
