On the subject of what you're doing I'd say to look at http://rcfishingworld.com where you can get a whole kit including line, hook and bobber that converts your r/c boat into a fishing boat like you're talking about. They sell boats too, but the "RC Fishing Pole" will work on any rc boat. Good Luck
