ARKMODELS and FENG
Has anyone had problems with Arkmodels and Feng the owner? About one year ago, I purchased a submarine from him and,to this day, despite numerous emails back and forth in which Feng PROMOSSES that the instructions will be arriving in the next twoo weeks Iam still waiting. ( 14 months so far ).
If you are thinking about buying from ARKMODELS, be carefull. You wont know what you are getting and he is NEVER going to make it right.

The general opinion is, that if you do not speak fluent Chinese, then there will be issues...
The other word is, that if you can speak to "Shirley", things may get accomplished.

Shirley,no Shirley,Feng and all the other 4 employees I have spoken to in the last 14 months all lied to me. They make empty promisses and hope that it will go away.Bad,bad busissnes.

Yes, Tina is one of the other 4 employees I emailed in the past. They all promisse the same thing. Your instructions and CD with pictures will be sent next week...That was 62 weeks ago.They are all the same. No wonder the word HONOR does not exist in Chinese.
