i would like to say hi to everyone and to rc universe . well , i bought a basket case boat off of ebay , the guy said it just needed to be finished , it came with a radio and servos a 7.5 k&b outboard motor and unfinished boat . i am not even sure what model of prather it is . i believe it looks like the lap cat 2 tunnel hull boat from pics i have seen on the internet . see i bought the boat because i thoght it was coming withthe instruction for assembly, i guess thats why i got it so cheap because he didn't have any .if any one could help me out with a way to find a manual or the could give me some direction, or tips on how to complete this dry dock boat!! lol

You've probably got the Lap Cat III as there is no I (One) and the II is a 3.5/.21 version.
We really need to have someone do a tutorial on putting almost any outboard tunnel together. About the only help that I can give you is to look at an owners manual from the Aquactraft site. They're not Prather's but you can learn a lot about how to throw it together by looking at either the Top Speed 2 or the VS-1.

I thought the Lap cat was 3.5/21 Lap Cat ll was 7.5/45 and Lap Cat lll was 11/67

hey i just got a lap cat 2 also with a 7.5 for 200 and its actually not a bad boat for the age and my first boat

crap my bad i have instructions lol i thought i put it in my last post pm me with your email and ill scan them in and send them to ya. and the instruckions are all words with a page of pics at the end so its mighty fun to read and not see but it will help
