Default Having Fun with the Aquacraft Pro Fisherman

I know most folks don't think too much of these things, but as a relative beginner, I'm having a blast with it! Woke up to glass calm water this morning so I put a freshly charged battery in it and did several laps around the bay.

I have a couple of ROAR stock car motors in a box (27 turn). Would I gain anything over the stock 550 motor if I put one of them in the EP1?

I'm going to have some time next week so I am hoping to get some work done on the kneeler hydro and assemble the Bud Light tunnel (just need to install radio, ESC & servo). Hopefully the water will be like it was this morning!!

Thanks,
- Scott

The smaller the turn on a motor means the faster it go. A 27 turn wont be that much improvement but a 12 turn would. The stock and 27 motor i think would be the same speed or not by much. Try it out let us know.

if I remember correctly a 550 is around 21 or 23 turns.
so, you won't see any gain with a 27 turn.

however, you can get a Titan 12T 550 from Traxxas.

Dan.
