It's been a long time since I had a boat, so I ordered a supervee 27 nitro. Well I recieved it and it looks ok but appears cheaply made. Have boats changed that much since the early 90's or am I expecting to much. Is this a quality boat, and if not what would be recomended in a simular price range??
Does anyone have a sugjestion?

In that $$ range that's pretty much what your gonna get. The SV27 can be a fun little boat, But like most RTR boats available it leaves a lot of room for Upgrading & Personalization,,( Modifying)
do a search for the SV27 here and I'm sure you can find pages of things to do to make that boat better.
