Default RE: Shockwave 26 Brushless.

Greetings, too much work not enough Boating. Here is the latest update.
I called Horizon about both broken Shockwave 26. They told to mail everything back to them and they will have a look...
In the meantime I went to my local store and picked up. Traxxas Villan Ex which I've been running with no problems!

About 2 weeks go by and I figure I am **** out of luck no word from Horizon or Proboat.
Get home from work the other day and there are two (2) large packages in front of my place.

I figured they mailed the burned up hull back .. Maybe replaced a propeller...
They sent me two Brand New Boats!! Brand New in the boxes .. including the Spectrum Remotes!!
I was Thrilled!! I could Not believe it. Proboat really came through!!
They used a new propeller metal... not plastic and it looks like they used a larger Esc although not sure.

It pays to be nice and it is great that they really stood behind the product.
They will be getting a thank you letter and much repeat business.

There is also an electric boat forum with a small thread on the Shockwave brushless:

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_9852194/tm.htm

but the guruswho replied to your thread here are very knowledgable aswell..........

Horizon Hobby has a very good reputation for trying to fix problems and your happy ending is more proof.
