You can run up to 60% nitro and as low as 10% oil, but like ANY engine the Higher You push performance the Faster Parts wear out.
As Rob stated, Proper Tuning is the Key to Whatever % Fuel you use. That engine should run around 170*F to 180*F at the Glow Plug when Dialed In. If you don't have a temp gage I recommend you get one.
If it's hotter than that You have the High Speed Needle(HSN) set "To Lean" and you need to turn it Counterclockwise to "Richen it".
If it's Colder than that You have the HSN set "To Rich" and You need to turn it Clockwise to "Lean It".
You should also Check the glow plug Often and "Read It".
If the plug is "Black" the engine is running "Real Rich"
If the plug is "Brown" the engine is running "A Little Rich"
If the plug is "Tan" the engine is running "On The Money"
If the plug is "Grey" the engine is running "A Little Lean"
If the plug is "White" the engine is running "Lean"
If the plug is "Clean" the engine is running "Real Lean" Or the plug is still New.
If the plug is "Wet" The engine is running "Rich" and\or To Much Oil in the fuel.
