Cap Maquette Feedback?
It's been 3 weeks since my order was supposed to be mailed to me from Cap Maquette (France). Since I live in an European country I was expecting my package in 10 days or so. After 3 weeks I Emailed them and asked for info/ tracking no. I had no reply. I wrote them again, again no reply.
Anyone had a bad experience with them?
I'm starting to worry (paid with PayPal).
How long should I wait before asking PayPal to refund?

update,
they finally replied with a Tracking No. and it appears the package was "redirected by me" to another address[&:]
I never heard anything from my Post Office. Will phone there tomorrow to see what happened!

Something fishy is going on!
My Post Office never had possession of the package...
Still getting stonewalled by Cape Maquettes, I would not order there anymore for sure.
I will wait a week or so if the package shows up. If not will file a fraudulent transaction with PayPal.

Case resolved!
The first package got lost & nobody knows what happened to it even with the tracking number[&:]
Cape Maquettes was VERY gracious and have sent me another package regular mail which I got this morning!
Although their initial response to the matter was slow Kudos to them.
BTW their products are of excellent quality.
