I purchased a 26cc gas powered Toyabi Sea Predator a few months ago and while trying to pull out the cable for greasing, I broke it. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find place to purchase a new cable. The cable measures 490mm and I think it is a 1/4 inch in diameter with a square end going into the engine. Does anyone know where I could purchase or worst case make a new one? Thank You,

If you think you can solder a new one in pick up a cable from a string trimmer and you will have two of them, just cut to the length you need. I picked up an old trimmer for $5.00, just get a curved shaft one.

umm, never thought of solderng a new one on a weed wacker cable. I assume there is a square end. Time for the dumb question, if there is not a square end 1) do I grind the heck out of it or 2) ound the crap out of it to get it to shape?
