How to make my propellers?
 

Hi everybody!

I know a probable answer: just go buy them online! Not only it is expensive to buy them overseas from my country but also there are long shipping times and the taxes are high (not to mention items being "lost" at Customs).

Do someone know hot to build for example 3-blade, 1.5 in. marine propellers?

Go to Home Page , click on "shafts".
The suggestions on that site involve using brass rod for the shafts (easy soldering), but a brass M4 nut soldered on the face of the blade plate would allow for use of a standard threaded steel shaft. Only simple tools are needed (tin snips, file, drill, big hammer pliers and soldering iron) and the patience to mark bass sheet carefully.
