Does Octura have a website?
 

I've tried several different searches on Google, etc. but all I could come up was links to people SELLING Octura props. Does Octura have an actual website?

No.
The owner of the company, Tom Perzentka is old-school and there won't be one until he passes away if not longer.

I can't understand how a company in todays day and age can afford to not have a working website.

He seems to be doing quite well without one. Understand that he's been in business for over 50 years now and has a lot of dealers for his products that do online business. Tom used to do wholesale business with "Mom & Pop" basement or garage businesses but now requires storefront operations unless grandfathered. The person that I buy my Octura parts from is also old-school and does a booming business out of his home without the Internet, Gary Preusse.

Wow. No website? I'm sure the guy does good for himself without it, but imagine how much better he'd do if he did?

I have dealt with Tom many times. Weird projects I do for kids programs. And a occasional normal prop request.

He is one of the best hobby people available.
I enjoy ordering direct from the factory. Only accepts checks or money orders that clear banks.

Old school ? Smart business man. Bless him & all of his generation.
