Looking for a new boat.

Hey guys. I used to have the legacy traxxas blast. When moving, my dad gave it away [:@] with out me knowing... Im looking for another boat to mess around in our lakes with. I was thinking of getting the upadated version of the blast, and going brushless in it. I have a 3S lipo for my rc cars, but not sure if I can use that in it[sm=confused.gif]... What do you think? dont want to go over $175-$200 for the boat (doesnt need to have electronics) and what a cheap BL system, and are the ESC/motors the same as cars/trucks?? And lipo battery would be if I cant use my 3S 5000mah lipo (zippy). Thanks!!!!:D

i dont want to build it, but would like to gut it then put some BL power in it. I like the blast cuz its only 1 prop.

your best bet is to find a used SV27. they are good boats and can be found pretty cheap now that they are getting a little older.
