need a bag

Where is a good place to get a bag for mt super vee 27. I am tired of trying to care everything in my pockets and what not. I want a bag that is hard on the bottom and sides and can unzip on the top to reveal the boat and also have some pockets on the side. I looked a two websites, but they didn't have anything long enough, probably because they were meant for rc cars and helis.

That's going to be a big bag. Try sporting goods stores, maybe something like those used to carry baseball bats. A solid bottom could be made out of a sheet of plastic or thin plywood.

For those requirements, I think you're going to have to consider luggage to find what you're looking for.

I haven't thought of that. I'll check out what walmart has and some other stores, and just make my own if I have to like Ron Olsen said.

I thought there might be a bag made for it with pre-cut foam and what not.

No question a good bag makes going to the lake a whole lot more fun. I have 2 and dont know what I would do without them.

When I saw this post the first thing that came to mind was the bag that 1RiverRat suggested from Kintec. Go for one of those.

Actually they do. Its not horizon's website. That is the one i am trying out. Its $60 and can hold up to a 31 inch boat.
