RE: speed controler

One should be fine, wire the motor leads in parallel.
Just make sure its a big amp speedcontroller that can handle the drain of both motors together.

A lot depends on the type of motors you intend to use, and the voltage of the battery that you intend to run it on. Once you know the likely current draw (and this will also be affected by the props fitted) you can figure the ESCs that will do the job for you.

1 Attachment(s)
The first esc you listed is only designed for 6-7 cells, yours is an eight cell pack.
The second one listed isnt enough amp rated for 2 motors hooked together.
This is a 90 amp one which will work with the 2 motors.

How about i buy the first i listed and 8.4v battery 3600 mAh with 7 cells ?

RE: speed controler

At only 23amps continuous it possibly wont be able to handle the 2 motors at full throttle in a boat,it is more for a car where it wont be running flat out most of the time.
You could buy two and wire each motor to each esc,but would be more money. The 90 amp one would be a much safer bet, motors wired together.
Which boat is it? submerged prop, surface drive?

if you have two esc's you can control each motor independently by either a 4ch radio or if you have a 2ch radio, use a V-tail mixer as used by the aircraft guys.

It's quite possible that two ESCs, each good for one motor, might be cheaper than one big knobbly one.

Two of these will do the job, provided you don't overprop the motors:

Make sure to pull the red lead on one of the ESC's, to avoid double BEC trouble.

on a subsurface drive, it's best to go right behind the prop(s)
