dynamite .19 tmaxx
trying to install dynamite .19 in my tmaxx 3.3 followed instructions that came with the enginecant seem to get the clutch bell to spin freely used shims that came with the engine need some help

The clutchbell doesn’t spin free with the E-clip installed? If you’re using a Traxxas clutchbell, you need to make sure you’re using the Traxxas flywheel nut to install the flywheel. If the nit is too tall, it can interfere with the clutchbell bearing from seating all the way. Most of the time, you need to shim the outside of the clutchbell to move the clutchbell inward to remove some backlash. Too many shims and it will lock up. You need very little backlash - .001-.002” is all you need. Pictures of the setup may help.
