Just dropped 111.25 on a Hobbico NexSTAR and a crystal for my surface stick radio. Here's hoping the crystal is all that radio needs!

All of Traxxas' stuff is made in Taiwan.

Just watch where you buy stuff. Don't buy JConcepts products; AKA, ProLine and DE Racing make superior parts in the USA for the same price. Buy Novak and Tekin speed controls and motors and Thunder Power batteries. Also, the majority of Losi's cars are made in Taiwan, too, rather than China. You can't buy a car that's 100% made in the US anymore

Sure, the good stuff is pricey...but you get what you pay for. You never hear guys at the track saying "Man, I really wish my Tekin RS Pro didn't cut out during that last heat" or "Man, I really wish my Hitec 7955 didn't give up the ghost in the main".

Dead serious.

Buddy had his Kyosho RB5 for sale and was asking $300. Two other racin' buddies and ThunderbirdJunkie decided to buy it.

Matt #1 got an almost-brand-new RB5 with all the Kyosho hop ups on it for $150

Matt #2 got a JR Z9100S for $50

And ThunderbirdJunkie got what he just said[&:]

Not that ThunderbirdJunkie orchestrated this at all...noooooooo, that'd never happen[8D]
