Default lipo banana plugs?

does anyone know the setup of the banana plugs on a lipo? like if the male is on the negative and the female is on the positive? im going to be ordering them to solder onto my esc and don't want to mess it up.

Convert everything to Deans or the deans clones from Hobby King.

The banana plugs he showed look like the ones that come with the car size HK lipo packs. Are those the stock connectors a Traxxas comes with?

Never had a problem with China/HK sellers. Other than crazy-long shipping times.

if you're getting the packs with the 4mm bullet plugs built into the case (see the pic attached by impala) just get a pack of males. only thing is you will have to double check (wouldnt hurt to triple and quadruple check) that you are plugging the neg. into neg. and pos. into pos. (learned that the hard way). http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXJPY4&P=ML just solder straight onto the esc.

they don't have as much surface area for current carrying

the more metal that's touching, the better

Right. The Castle plugs only work well with Castle female plugs, and the plugs that are on that style of pack are not Castle female plugs.
