I received new diff-gaskets today.
Just want to double check before i start.
* Remove screws
* Take out and clean the inside and gears
* Insert gears
* fill with oil. And oil the gasket.
* add screws.
Manual mentions "align pin with groove in sun gear" warnings.
But i would like to double check if there is something more i should think on
so i doesn't damage the new gasket or something else.
(Worried about how hard i should mount the screws.)

Lucky i did not drive - there were no oil left in center diff.
But i broke the diff housing by pulling one screw to hard.
Will order new housing & gasket.
Wondering if it really is safe not to change o-ring and washer.

Think i just damaged the second diff house also. Will try to run anyway and see if it leaks alot.
However... One hinge pin bushing (89039) got damaged during mounting. No problem; many new ones in the box; but not 2 dot model.
Just 1 and 3 dot.
Which one would be best, 1 or 3 dot hinge pin on rear suspension? Or best = order new 2 dot?

Diffs are notoriously stiff to disassemble, a high quality hex driver is really a big advantage. Definitely worth buying a 2mm and a 2.5mm hudy driver, as those are the ones you will use most often.
As for the bushings, this is kinda tricky to explain...the dots determine the position of the hole and therefore change the angle of the hingepin. If you think about the angle that was achieved by the stock setup, and try to rearrange the ones you have left to create the same angle you should be able to get somewhere. For example, if the rear left wanted rear 3 dots outer and front 2 dots outer, you can get the same angle (but slightly reduce track width) by using a rear two dot outer and a front 1 dot (1 dot doesn't matter orientation, the hole is in the middle). Hope that made sense.

On front and rear diff; I can feel when screws stops when i mount diff ring gear on diff housing.
But on the center, the screws never stops. It hard to pull all the time, never ending, until the diff housing breaks and screw go easy.
I did not go that far on my new housing but skeptic if i have done it right.
I have it under observation now, checking if its leaking.
Ordered new pin bushing.

Would this be a good or bad place to install the cappack?
You mentioned to take power from ESC for the fans. I have an extra red+ from it, thanks to the BEC. But where would be best to install the black cable?
Would it work to mount it on the black 10 AWG battery pole on ESC?

If you have a BEC you don't need the cap pack. You should be able to ground the fan to the negative on the ESC, but I'd be happier if you used the black next to the spare red that you removed for the BEC.

It will smooth current flow, so I guess its not totally useless. Use the brown next to the spare red as a negative for the fan, carefully expose a piece of its wire and solder the fan negative to it, then shrink wrap.

Regarding mamba monster 2 motor and esc wiring.
On caste creations webpage, they show pictures where
black motor cable are on same side as black esc cable
white motor cable is same side as red esc cable
But on other pictures from private peoples galleries.
These cables are mixed.
Some connect white against black, black against red.
Aint it importent to connect these in a cernten way?

After many hours of cable molding i had my first run.
And you are right, 6S = hard to handle = no fun. I will buy good 4s instead.
Car side flipper/rolled often.
Noticed how i got little lower in the front. Not sure if something was wrong or normal.
After making a dumb 5 meter high jump it all ended with a broken steering eye
and shocker on the same side had went apart from the shock cap.
Looks like i can put it together again.
- Should i use mild thread lock?

It keeps rolling over if i make hard turns.
Would a 89093 Anti roll bar black (3mm instead of 2.8mm) make a difference?
And i think that i need stronger shock fluid. Car looks low.
Not strange since it carries heavier engine and battery
