Default Brushless motor and esc recommendation

I am looking to build my own stadium truck and I was trying to figure out what motor and esc set up was best for clay track racing

Are there any rules for the class you will be racing ? Battery , sensored motors ?

some clubs will have a spec class like 13.5T, others are just open mod, back when I used to race 2WD ST I found that a 7.5T motor worked best for me, something like this would do nice for an open mod class on clay:
