Tamiya Honda S2000

Hi everyoneI've recently found my RC S2000 after many years and have question how I have the MSC setup.
When the Tx stick is neutral, I have the Servo centered and the MSC in the center. It sticks now again but I think because it's not been used for about 13 years. However it's the way I set it up correct
Thank you

only thing I can think of is to try and clean up the msc, probably try electronic parts cleaner spray. But, I can't stand a msc, and when a hobbywing brushed ESC is all of $20, there isn't much reason to fuss with one. A lot of tamiya purists will keep the msc on their models, but it's just there for show and a hobbywing wp-1040 or wp-1060 esc is doing the work.
