I recently purchased a Traxxas Hoss and have since spent some time watching You Tube videos of various tricks. Jumps, forward flips, back flips, slides, wheelies and riding on two wheels are well explained, but I have yet to find an explanation of how to "bunny hop".
Please help.

like a BMX bunny hop? only way i can think of getting an RC car to do that is to punch the throttle so the truck gets up on the wheelie bar (rear wheels off the ground) and then slam the brake when the rear wheels come off the ground. then let off into neutral when the truck is air born. you're probably not going to be able to hop up obstacles doing that. and i doubt you'll get more than a few inches off the ground.
just a word of waring though, doing that is going to be hard on the drivetrain. you're asking for stripped wheel hexes, broken drive pins, stripped spur gears, and twisted/broken driveshafts.
