AM Radio w/nitro?
Hey guys,
I'm just starting out in rc cars (been doing the plane thing for a while) with a xxx-nt and I'd just like to hear your thoughts/opinions on AM vs. FM radios. Obviously FM is the better of the two but for the money would AM be good enough, at least to start with? I'm looking at the Lynx AM in particular.

I was the same way. I had prior experience with planes before I started the car thing and was a little leary of AM radio in the beginning. So far (knock on wood) I haven't had any problems with them and they have done the job.
