You can buy them new for under $200 shipped to your door. For that price, I wouldn't want to buy a used one with unknown problems and hours of abuse. At the very least, you can assume the body and wheels are not good as new. Replacing them will burn up all (if not more) than what you'll save buying it used (if you can find one).
