Default Transmitter antenna

I broke off the top four inches of my transmitter antenna and now the range is only like 20 feet. Is there anyway to reattach so it will work and (hopefully) fold all the way down or do I have to buy a new one. Also I don't know if you can buy a new one. And if you can how much would it be. Any replies would be great.

dont think you can 'put it back on'. try to find antennas on towerhobbies.com, horizonhobby.com and so on. if you cant find any i guess you have to buy a new receiver.[:@]

Try to unscrew the antenna. If it comes out, you should be able to replace it pretty easily.
