ok so i have 2 7.2volt battery packs
wired so that they have 14.4volts now
my triton jr can accept a input voltage of 11v - 15v

RE: NEED HELP ASAP!
Yes batteries are DC.
Yeah what to charge? I'm guessing Lipo.
Technically yes 7.2 x 2 = 14.4volts. The problem hese is amp rating. Your sub Cs mah will drop and would cause unstable supply of power source. So the answer is No.
I have use a sealed lead battery from my starter box for my DC lipo charger with out problems but only when fully charged. It has a 7 amp rating.
Get a regulated power supply or convert a desktop pc power supply for cheap.

RE: NEED HELP ASAP!
To convert a desktop power supply all you need to do is identify the positive and negative outputs. Then hook it to your charger. I don't have a triton but I'm assuming it uses aligator clips since its dc only. One guy at my track simply takes the aligator clips and attaches them to a stripped out portion of the output wires on the power supply.

RE: NEED HELP ASAP!
Watts is a unit of power.
use this site to convert watts in amps.
http://www.onlineconversion.com/
Its easy to convert one. But youll have to do more than what was written above.
There are minor differences on different power supplies and will have some differences on converting them.
Read the thread below, there are some links on how to do it, there are actually a lot of threads on power supply conversion, you can even find it by google.
