In a couple of days, we will have the .21 mxt, nice machine. I really like my mxt and for the bashing per $ in my opinion you cant go wrong. I dont want you to think i am pushing the product but i get no real complaints about any of the megap series rc's.
I will let other chime in about it and give their opinions

Oh I absolutely love my MXT-2s! It sure takes a beating better than any other truck I've had before.................including the Traxxas Stampede which is known as one of the most durable trucks!
Here are a couple of my videos of the MXT-2s, including a few where I did an electric conversion on it:

Thanks for the replys guy's.Nice review Ken and thanks for the vids Pede and Red.That last jump Red was pretty cool letting it just rip.Ok I did some more looking and this is what I'm thinking.I like the mxt2s,2s21 and the Rancho pro.I have a bunch of small block trucks so would like a bb motor. The mxt2s has a 18 two speed not really what I'm looking for I want some power. The 21 is the same truck but with the 21 right? The Rancho pro looks like it would fit me better with the 28 motor.I have a savage with 28 and want something kinda like it.I was looking into a genesis or possibly a old titan.I want something that can take a beating and has good power.
The things I question on the 2s is the motor size, body posts look like would be a constant part that breaks. Is there a bigger tank that can be had for this truck?
The 21 is the same exept motor correct?Who makes the motor? Is there a bigger tank for it?
The Rancho pro has the sh28 which I know to be a good motor.Has bigger tank but how durable is the question?Only single speed though correct? Is there a two speed available?
Thanks for input.

Hi,
the .21 mxt has an sh.21 in it, its durable, plastic is very flexable, i havent had any problems with the body posts and not many people order them. The .21 will come with a larger fuel tank, it will be taller than the stock one on the .18. The rancho is very durable, fast too, it doesnt need a 2 speed, its geared very good and will compete in take off and speed with a savage. the rancho will outhandle the savage for sure since it wont roll nearly as easily. I have both so i know, lol. The savage is a great durable truck though!!!

I havent ran the the .21 mxt that much but i have run the .18 one, they are basically the same. The mxt holds up really good, plastic is very flexable and not easily broken. The rancho is beefy but more of a buggy than a truck, only difference is really the trans setup. The parts for the mxt are inexpensive also. I would reccomend the mxt with the .21.

the 1/8 with the .18 has the same size tank, the 1/8 with the .21 will have a larger tank, it will be taller then the .18's one.
