Default Tamiya Ceramic Grease vs Molybdenum Grease

Hi, I just built my first kit (TT-01) and instead of using the grease that came with the kit I used Molybdenum Grease. Thing is I just saw some pictures of someone greasing the gears on his car and noticed his grease had a transparent yellowish color while the grease i used was a dark grey. A quick google made me realize there is something called Ceramic grease.

So my question is, whats the difference between Ceramic Grease and Molybdenum Grease?

thanks
