lol i race my rs4 evo +3 in -15 degrees Celsius outside.
it might have a little tear in the fuel line because it sits very close to the transmission. take off your radio tray, then empty your fuel tank, then remove your fuel tank. just let it dangle because there will be 2 hoses at top and bottom attached to the car still. then look at the fuel line(bottom of the tank-carb) and turn it slightly checking if there's cuts, pin holes, etc. if there are, make sure the line is dry and take nail hardener and cote the hole with it. before the nail hardener drys, gently rap sticky tape but not a lot. then leave it 4 a bit. when you put the fuel tank back on the car, make sure the fuel line is taped to the black handle that is used to pickup the car with, so that the fuel line isn't coming close to the gears. maybe also clean your air filter with nitro fuel then filter treatment oil.
hope it helps!
i had the same problem.

yeah i recently bought the racing gas tank and when i was putting the tank on i noticed a little cut in the fuel line i didnt think anything about it, im going to install some new line on it. and this problem only started happening a little bit after i installed my fail safe, THS exhaust and the new gas tank, so in installing all of that i got a little rough with the fuel line and it cut a little bit thanks for the help if you hadnt of told me about the fuel line i might have never figured out what the problem was so THANK YOU
