Good lipo charger?

Looking for a lipo charger around the 90USD mark and I have no idea what one to get. I will be charging the Zippy lipos 11.1V 3S1P 20C 1600Mah. I don't want to deal with towerhobbies though. I have had a look at these http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=7523 but I have heard bad things. Are they any good? Is there something better around that price?
