Check out tower hobbies or lhs. Type in "adapters" and check them out. I just had to do that as my charger is molex but my batteries are traxxas and duratrex. I bought the adapters at Tower Hobbies.

Black is always negative so it's pretty easy to figure out if you want to switch the taps.
As for an adaptor,

I get my balance adapters from HobbyCity. Buy if all you need is an adapter you're going to pay an outrageous amount just to ship it, then there is the wait time. However, you need a few lipo's, some adapters, and whatever else you can get a little more for the shipping cost.

I can get you a male jst plug cheap.
The black wire is negative, the blue wire is pos cell1, and the red wire is pos cell2 in a 2s pack. I made some balance adapters to charge 2 2s packs as a 4s pack
and I have a bunch of extra 2s jst/xh plugs.
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage on the current plug. I'm assuming hyperion? Find the ground and pos cell 1, you should get 3-4.2v. That is your black (ground) wire and blue wire (cell 1). The last wire (should measure 6-8.4v when paired with the ground) is the red wire on the jst/xh plug.
