Looks like Traxxas has a new release planned. I imagine its a VXL Slash or something else equally unimaginative, but maybe they will surprise us with a 4x4 1/10th E truck!

T maxx. I've heard. It has a .28 engine. Then again maybe not. I hate being teased. That sucks. Just have to wait until 10-8-09. YAY! Something to look forward to.

As a designer, I have to say that being lucky doesnt happen often. A great deal of design time went into that chassis and it works well. Give some credit.

This is what I have been waiting for something 4wd in the competition
2wd is fun but they are just not as fast
All the others will have them out just give it a while

Yeah I remember seeing somewhere a prototype of an Ofna 4x4 Brushless SC. Guess Traxxas beat them to the punch though. I"m really excited about this. I was on the fence about getting a SC due to the brushed motors and 2wd, but this brushless 4x4 is gonna be hot.

I looked at the Traxxas website and all the info on the new Slash 4x4 and now I"m more excited than I was before. Nice to see a lot of new tech and design going into it

The ofna 4x4 SCRT10 or whatever looked like a buggy chassis/layout. Not that buggy designs are bad, but atleast this is different.

The 4X4 is probably what they should have done in the first place. I wonder how the 2WD version will fare now for sales?
