rx antenna repair?
I got a synthesized radio system in a trade but i notice the antenna was a bit short compared to others and the end looked cut or frayed. I checked online and it says the length is 20in but mine is about 12-13in. could i repair this by adding on a length of wire to make it 20in or?

You should be able to buy a new antenna wire like this:

and solder it on.
